    This 4-week Meal Prep Meal Plan is designed to feed one person for four weeks.  Each of the four weeks includes two breakfast options, two cold lunches, and two hot dinners. At least one breakfast and dinner recipe each week are also freezer-friendly for even more flexibility.

    To execute this plan, you'll cook twice per week (one breakfast, lunch, and dinner each time) and package the meals into single serving containers to be eaten over the next 4-5 days.

    Each recipe provides at least 4 servings. See the full list of recipes included below.
